How do I request a title be placed on reserve for my course?

To request a book be purchased and placed on course reserve please fill out this form. In the question section write "Course reserve recommendation." In the more details section please add as much information about the book as possible and what the course name, course code, and section. A librarian will respond whether the title will be purchased and if so, once the title is available for checkout.
